A West Palm Beach judge has sentenced an illegal butt doctor to eight years in prison. Tamieka Butler was providing silicone injections for $200 a pop inside of a room at El Patio hotel in West Palm before she was arrested in January for "unlicensed practice of health care profession causing serious bodily injury."
As one woman described it to police last December, Butler would mark "areas of need" on her butt and inject them with a syringe to induce maximum fullness. Of course, Butler was completely unqualified to practice medicine in the state of Florida, or anywhere else.

Another victim had to remove part of his buttocks after he tested positive for MRSA.
Although it seems insane the people would willingly subject themselves to this kind of abuse, "butt doctors" fill a specific niche: Many of the people who seek people like Butler's "services" are transgendered women seeking voluptuous curves.
In case you forgot, Butler (whose name is too easy to pun on, in this case) was from tiny, little Pahokee, Florida, who terrorized her "patients" and closed sutures with Krazy Glue.
Butler's case came on the heels of Miami's infamous butt doctor, Oneal Morris. While Oneal is transgendered and well remembered for her own absurdly inflated posterior, Butler's medicine was evident on her own face.

Morris is still awaiting trial for the March 2012 death of Shatarka Nuby. Considering the severity of Butler's sentence, it will be interesting to see what happens to the Fix-a-Flat specialist, who had been arrested several times for performing the procedure before finally being charged with manslaughter.
