Riptide contributor Theo Karantsalis obtained the list of threatened libraries Thursday morning.

Give us a holler in the comments if you use any of these libraries, because if the mayor gets his way, they're toast:

  • Kendale Lakes
  • Little River
  • Edison Center
  • Fairlawn
  • South Shore
  • North Central
  • Culmer
  • Country Walk
  • Sunset
  • Palm Springs North
  • Virrick Park
  • Tamiami
  • Civic Center

In addition, library spokeswoman Victoria Galan told Karantsalis the proposed cuts would force all libraries to ax tutoring programs and eliminate evening and Sunday hours.
