You make the Miami Heat angry, you deal with the repercussions. The Miami Heat came to Chicago looking to take back home court advantage, and now they're leaving with a sweep of the two games and a chance to finish the series back in Miami on Wednesday. Miami easily handled Chicago in Game 4 88-65 Monday, smothering the Bulls with relentless defense all game long.
LeBron James led the way with 27 points, eight rebounds and seven assists, while Chris Bosh continued his hot shooting, going 7-10 from the floor to finish with 14 points. The pair's solid performances made up for what again looked like a banged up Dwyane Wade, who finished with just six points on three of ten shooting.
From the get-go, this game was all Miami. The team defense was exceptional on this night, forcing Nate Robinson into a 0-12 zero point performance as well as limiting the Bulls to just nine points in the third quarter, their lowest scoring quarter of the entire season. The Bulls leading scorer was Carlos Boozer who shot 3-14. Yeah, it was bad. The team as a whole shot a pathetic 25.7 percent for the game. Even for Heat fans it was hard to watch at times, and by hard I mean awesome and hilarious.
Miami brought the mess Monday night, and it seems as if there is zero chance this series doesn't end on Wednesday in Miami. Chicago started a fight in the cafeteria, got to the school yard where everyone was in a circle ready to watch them fight, and proceeded to cry to the principal before getting on a moped and speeding off. Miami has now blown their doors completely off in two of the last three games while not even playing anything remotely close to their best basketball.
Basically the Heat are winning the fight with a hand tied behind their back with Dwyane Wade playing at what looks like 50 percent of his normal self. What was once thought of as a top heavy team with the Big 3 is now arguably the deepest team in the entire league. Just two players (Bosh and James) scored in double digits for the Heat Wednesday, but their team defense more than made up for the lack of scoring, that and the fact that the Bulls really suck right now at NBA, but still.
Game Five is Wednesday at the AAA and there is a huge likelihood that will be the last of we see of these stupid Bulls players' faces until next season. It was a fun little scare the Bulls gave some Heat fans after Game One. Just so happened that they were able to catch the Heat napping, which won't happen again. All the Bulls have to do now is beat the Miami Heat three straight times, knowing damn well the Heat have only lost three times since sometime in early February -- yeah good luck with that.
