Gilt Groupe has become one of the biggest successes in online retail in years. The company got its start by working with luxury clothing brands to sell merchandise at heavily discounted prices. The catch is that each sale is available for a limited time. The service has since moved on to include "flash sale" discounts on home goods, hotel packages, and, now, local luxury services. Today the company extended its Gilt City site to Miami, which could help you save big bucks on things such as three-course dinners, keratin treatments, and yoga sessions. You know, the South Beach necessities.

The service, already available in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Boston, was rolled out today in Miami with deals from Rik Rak Salon, Boutique, Bar; the Raleigh Hotel; and Skanda Yoga Studio.

At the Raleigh Restaurant, you can get a three-course dinner for four for $220 -- a $340 value. At Skanda Yoga, you can get a month of unlimited sessions for $61, which normally go for $180. To give you an idea of other potential future deals, Gilt City is offering things such as a burlesque bikini workshop, home cleaning services, fantasy football party packages, and wardrobe makeovers in other cities. Each deal is available for a week, but because there's a limited number of them available, they might sell out well before.

We're not talking dirt-cheap deals here, but in these tough times, even those with a taste for luxury can do some penny-pinching. Gilt is a members-only site, but membership is free -- all you have to do is sign up here.
