Since launching www.dontedatehimgirl.com this past September, Miami-resident Tasha Joseph has catapulted herself into the international media spotlight. Her immensely popular Website, a so-called "cheap weapon in the war on cheating men," has amassed more than 700,000 registered users and some 17,000 profiles that berate men from around the world. In spite of the site's expanding fan base, New Times found some of these postings to be complete lies, others not even remotely accurate.
See, none of the allegations about men on DDHG require any proof. Rapist, pedophile, deadbeat dad, thief, drug addict, lousy lay, violent abuser, homosexual, hung like a light switch -- all characterizations are admissible. But Joseph, a former Miami Herald columnist, accepts no responsibility for what's written -- legal or moral. Interesting, don't you think, considering she has deliberately tried to conceal her own checkered past while reaping fame and fortune from publicizing other people's personal lives?-Joanne Green
