I'm watching you and now your neighbors are too.
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has decided that it's not good enough to have total control of his country's government, now he wants people to inform on their neighbors, friends and families.
Chavez has instituted changes to his intelligence agencies that would make the architects of the PATRIOT act proud.
According to this New York Times article, Chavez has overhauled his government's intelligence agencies and now people are forced by law to help these new agencies even if it means ratting out their closest friends and relatives. Citizens who refuse to cooperate face a prison term of up to four years.
