Lawyers for RK Netmedia, owner of porn site Reality Kings, still refuse to concede that a 15-year-old runaway who went missing last year is the same person who starred in one of its hardcore films.
But the evidence is getting pretty conclusive.
In response to a lawsuit filed by the runaway's mother, RK claimed that the actress going by the name of Bieyanka Moore filed a valid Nevada learner's permit and a social security number identifying her as then-19-year-old Tyler Chanel Evans.
We recently spoke to Evans herself-- a now 20-year-old exotic dancer in Nevada-- who told us that the runaway stole her ID and copied down her social security number.
That claim is partially corroborated by public records. It appears that the runaway-- who we've been calling C.S.-- went on a mini-crime spree in Nevada with Evans' ID, getting arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and grand larceny.
We've received confirmation from the area's local district attorney's office that the runaway was responsible for crimes in which Evans was charged. We can't see those police reports because C.S. is a juvenile, but we did find the cases on Clark County, Nevada's criminal docket online.
Check out the clerk's notes below (click to enlarge): "Wrong subject booked on arrest warrant," is written under one case. Under the other: "The individual arrested in this case was not Tyler Evans. The individual was a minor who is being dealt with in the juvenile system. Case dismissed."
It appears the minor used the learner's permit-- which was expired--and social security number to obtain a valid learner's permit, with her photo on it, through the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles. A spokesperson there says that to renew an expired permit, a written driving test is required but no additional documentation is necessary. C.S. also would have had to forge Evans's signature.
Of course, the other issue is whether the runaway actually stole Evans's information, or-- as the lawyer for C.S.'s family claims-- the stripper was in on a scheme to get the minor into porn.
