Newspapers suck. They get printed and that's it. Meanwhile, the world keeps spinning, the internets keep churning, and party plans get revised a dozen times.

In this week's Night + Day calendar section, the New Times got all hyped up about "Interstellar, a one-night art and music party at Adjust Gallery that'll also serve as Glocca Morra's homecoming show." Well ... Shit just changed.

Now, there will be no Glocca Morra and the bash has moved from Adjust Gallery to Sweat Records. It will start at 8 p.m., not 7. Also, the cover charge of $4 is no more. As Ice Cream guitarist Tomas shouted via Facebook: "ITS FREE MOTHERFUCKERS!!!"

The music lineup remains otherwise unchanged with Ice Cream, Flower Flower, Totally Nebular, and Shit Got Weird. Ditto for the art, which still includes stuff from Hunter Savoy Jaffe, Reinier Gamboa, Mark & Sylvia, Felix Thompson, Mack Creativity, Ekser, and Time-Peace.

Ugh ... So when is some brainiac gonna finally invent a strikeout function for newspapers?

Friday, April 2. Sweat Records, 5505 NE 2nd Ave., Miami. Show starts at 8 p.m., and it's free. 786-693-9309; sweatrecordsmiami.com.
