Thanks again Miami Nights for the heads up.
No real surprises on this second phase of the lineup for the Ultra Music Festival, except for the totally awesome addition of Underworld headlining the second night. Don't know who they are? Yes you do -- their big mainstream breakout track was "Born Slippy," or, "that really cool song from the end of Trainspotting." Besides that, they've had some really amazing tracks and albums, and their live set is said to rival Daft Punk's -- oh, snap!
Personally, I think the other most promising groupings are happening on night one, at the "DanceRock Stage" (LA Riots, Deadmau5, Boys Noize, MSTRKRFT -- again! -- and Digitalism), and for dance purists, at the Amnesia Ibiza Arena (Lee Burridge, MANDY -- please check out their latest Fabric mix -- James Zabiela, and Steve Lawler).
Flyer after the jump, but first, enjoy this video for "Born Slippy." One of the most amazing electronic songs from the Nineties, conjures up so many nostalgic memories -- I can't be the only one left who cannot wait to hear this blast over a big field again. -- Arielle Castillo
