Dressed dapper in designer duds, a hungry Rick Ross walked the red carpet of the 55th annual Grammy Awards last night, eager to take a bite out of his competition and jump on a chartered flight back to Miami with a gold-plated gramophone under his arm for God Forgives, I Don't.

Unfortunately for the Bawse, however, the pre-telecast award for Best Rap Album went to Drake's Take Care. And as we predicted, big homie had to field questions from reporters about his January 28 drive-by shooting sans industry honors.

MTV's Sway Calloway locked down the exclusive interview with the MMG Mastermind. Peep the video after the cut.

"[There are] no suspects and we not here to speculate on any suspects," Rozay told Sway, echoing the words of Fort Lauderdale Police Department's Detective DeAnna Garcia. "I'm just staying positive, I'm moving forward and I'm just staying on top of my game."

Ross also opened up about his beefed-up security detail, confessing that he "most definitely [had to] make some adjustments," but continues to live his life.

"I'mma do what I love to do, and that's make music."

Of course, the inexplicably Grammy-less Ross also touched on his success, playing the I'm-just-happy-to-be-nominated card because he's a classy dude.

"Just being nominated, the feeling is surreal and I just feel blessed for the opportunity," he said. "That's what we in this for, that's what we work for. That's what we put in the long hours for, so it's wonderful."
