Get groovy with sick tunes from Brenmar and free Perrier cocktails, snag an old-school bagged lunch on your way back to the office, and watch the rest of the day fly by as quickly as your 60-minute dance-off.

Music and yoga go together like house beats and nightclubs. That's why the one of the best underground party halls in the Magic City is putting a mediative twist on uhntz-uhntz with Yoga at Trade. As the Facebook invite suggests, "release your endorphins as resident DJ Ricardo provides the soothing soundscape behind the yoga instruction of Equinox's Joey Cardona in the main room." But don't worry about suiting up for this club rager — bare feet and yoga mats will suffice.

How do you go about naming your band? By looking up to your favorite rockers for inspiration, of course. At least that's how it went down for the Grey 8s. "[Drummer] Andres [Bedoya] and I were thinking of two piece bands we liked. The most obvious ones were the White Stripes and the Black Keys, so we went in the middle," Danny Burns, the band's singer, guitarist, and songwriter explained to New Times earlier this year. And what about the 8? "We liked the infinity symbol, so we flipped it on its side."

After three months of "interesting, creative things," the Miami Music Club's short time is coming to an end. But the creative space — which was named the best underground club of 2015 by yours truly — is leaving the Design District with a bang.
