I want to talk about the homeless in downtown around the clubs and how fucking annoying they are. I'm so sick and tired of the begging and everything else. I'm not insensitive at all, but you know what I mean. There are those few that are really, really nice and that definitely do deserve and need some help. But there are also those few that feel that we owe them something. And guess what, we didn't put you in this fucking situation.
Granted, sometimes these people have a stroke of bad luck, and I totally understand that. But there are some that are straight-up fucking crackheads, and they want us to give them our change, our hard-earned money to feed their habit. Fuck that, seriously. Nobody fucking talks about this shit because they don't have the balls to. Oh, I'm gonna hurt somebody's feelings. Eat a fucking dick!
People talk about the problem, but they don't have a solution. But the solution is this: Instead of freaking having people giving them money and stuff like that, why don't we try to get some state-funded program where they actually work, and we set up some type of address for them or shelter? But no, the state and the country is more concerned about setting up shit for the rich to get richer, and the poor obviously get poorer.
But the thing is, when you walk around downtown, nobody really gives a shit, and that's sad. I feel bad for them, but it's annoying. There's this lady who comes out in front of the Vagabond every night, and I'll be working, and I'll be like, I can't have you here, move along, and she'll say nasty things to me. And I'll say, I don't owe you, and none of these people here owe you a goddamn thing. Get the fuck out of here. If they really want to get their lives together, there are places they can go. They can go to a homeless shelter and talk to a social worker and try to better themselves. But they don't want to. They just want to get this money for free. That's honestly what I really feel.
But there are those few that come and knock on the door and ask to do work for the money. They'll ask if they can pick up out front for a couple bucks, or watch the cars, and they earn the money. And that's the point - they earn it. None of these people demanding things put bread on my fucking table, or put shoes on my feet. Fuck that. I'm not a heartless prick, but they just want handouts. Fuck that, you fucking work for what you get.
The thing is, that's what's fucked up about this country. All these people want all these things and that they all deserve them. Guess what, nobody deserves a goddamn thing, it's called, you fucking work for it. These are things that everybody thinks but nobody has the balls to say. Nobody can disagree with every single thing that I just said. I have a big fucking heart, but it's up to the whole community to do something about it.

Brooklyn's Quote of the Week: Instead of a quote from me, I'll give you this Oscar Wilde quote because I like it: "We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars."
