Justin Bieber is an adult, and he needs to start acting like one. That's the advice of an angry photographer named Jeffrey Binion, who alleges the "Lil Swaggy" heartthrob sent a bodyguard to assault him outside a Miami recording studio.
The photog -- who swears he's not a paparazzi -- was trying to take a flick of the Biebz when he found himself at the wrong end of a large man named Hugo Hesny who took his memory card and allegedly flashed a gun. Now Binion's suing Bieber and the bodyguard for emotional and physical damages.

According to TMZ, the plaintiff alleges Bieber used his bodyguard like an attack dog who threw the photog against the wall, grabbed him by the throat, and "displayed a gun" tucked under his shirt. Meanwhile, other bodyguards snagged the memory card in question.
Because Bieber was the man in charge, the plaintiff wants to sue the singer and his minion for injury, pain and suffering, mental anguish, and medical expenses. He's got himself a good lawyer too, with experience litigating against people like Rosie O'Donnell and Paulina Rubio.
"Justin Bieber is now an adult, and he should act like one," the lawyer tells TMZ. "He needs to learn that he cannot use bodyguards as weapons to harm innocent people. Bieber's violent behavior toward photographers must end, and he should take responsibility for his actions."
He continued to say the entertainer's fame and fortune are no excuse for getting aggro over having his picture taken in public. He's also coming down on the bodyguard's lack of license to work or carry weapons in Florida.
Looks like the Biebz and his buddies might have found themselves a real thug story. Swag.
