Hopefully You Had Half as Much Fun as Eskeerdo This Weekend

It's Monday, which means you're probably nursing a hangover and doing your best not to think about the fact that you've got a full workweek waiting for you.

Whatever it is you did this weekend, it probably can't compare to Eskeerdo's two-day pachanga in the official visual adaptation of his single, “Weekend Behavior.” The Miami native and Grammy award-winning songwriter shows the world how a successful weekend in Miami is supposed to go down with not one, but two videos, which debuted on Complex this week.
“I wanted to show two different perspectives on my type of Weekend behavior,” Eskeerdo tells New Times via email. “So we broke the videos up into a weekend. Saturday shows a more sexier, low-key vibe where I rent a room and have a good time with two friends. Sunday shows a boat/ski culture that isn't really showed much when describing Miami.”

The first video, directed by DeepSleep Studio, is known as the Saturday edition. In it, the Cuban American bachelor brings the finest models up to a classy suite for an intimate night of dominoes and after-dark fun. The second visual, directed by artist Derick G and CineStream Pictures, shows Eskeerdo as the host of the ultimate Sunday Funday party on a boat at Nixon Beach near Key Biscayne (the same place where DJ Laz was involved in the accidental killing of a man last year).
But when he’s not wilding out on the weekends, Eskeerdo is busy building his resume by penning songs for today’s biggest pop stars like Fifth Harmony, Jason Derulo, Chris Brown, and plenty more. Later this year, he’s preparing to release his second solo project, Cuban Jesus, which features production from German, the Agency, Boi-1da, Ben Billions, Mad Max, and OC.

For now, you can relive the weekend with Eskeerdo — even if your Saturday and Sunday had considerably more Netflix.
