All the way to January 1972, in fact, when writer-director Jerry Gerard (AKA Gerard Damiano) and producer Lou Perry (AKA Louis "Butchie" Peraino, son of mob guy Anthony Peraino) brought a young, fat, and very talented little 23-year-old lady named Linda Lovelace (née Linda Susan Boreman) to North Miami's Voyager Inn for a weekend of oral fun and "acting."

The result: Deep Throat, the most famous 61-minute snippet of sex-on-celluloid ever. And keeping this link between smut and the 305 alive are players like BangBros.com, Shake, and Garcia with tomorrow night's third annual porn party at the Vagabond.

Unfortunately, there won't be any public displays of superpenetrating fellatio. (After all, Linda Lovelace is dead. The Voyager Inn is now a university dorm. And yeah, that kind of thing is illegal.) But there will be plenty of porn stars like Blondie Boom and Alexis Faux hanging out, humping the bar, and guzzling $1 Colt 45 tallboys.
