Eek-a-Mouse is one of the first and biggest artist to popularize the style. What's even cooler, according to IMDB, Hylton played Fat Smitty in New Jack City. Sure he hasn't released an original album since 2004's Eek-A-Speeka, but he's slowly building an international audience thanks to incessant touring.
