Even after 33 years together, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band simply doesn't stop touring. Between playing around 30 festivals a year, DDBB also headlines their own shows and has recorded 16 albums since 1984. Although their sounds hasn't changed much since they started, it's far from being stagnant. They've added elements of bepob and jazz tunes to their sets more often, but at heart they've always been a jam band. The tireless band is touring in support of their 2006 album "What's Going On" and they'll be hitting the Culture Room on October 17. Tickets go on sale August 21 through Ticketmaster.
