Dig yourself some Latin powerpop ballads? Well, if you like deep and soulful tunes delivered with mournful aplomb, get ready to dampen more than your cheeks. The reigning kings of tugging at heartstrings, Camila, have just announced a US tour, kicking off in September and running through October.

The 10 planned dates will take the band to Vegas, New York, L.A., and Chicago -- not to mention, you guessed it, a stop right here in the MIA at the Fillmore Miami Beach.

October 2 will see the Mexican trio -- vocalist Samo, vocalist/pianist Mario Domm, and guitarist Pablo Hurtado -- make its way to town for a performance heavy on the hits that made Camila's 2006 debut Todo Cambio and 2010 follow-up Dejarte de Amar massive successes.

Camila. Sunday, October 2. Fillmore Miami Beach, 1700 Washington Ave., Miami Beach. The show starts at 8 p.m. and tickets cost $58.50 to $98.50 plus fees via livenation.com. Call 305-673-7300 or visit fillmoremb.com.
