Rumor: Realtor Chad Carroll Will Star on Million Dollar Listing Miami

Here at Cultist, we don't break a lot of gossippy celebrity news. Partly it's because we don't play nice with the agents and handlers of stars people care about. And partly it's because, well, we don't really care about that stuff all that much.

So it's extra-nice when someone else does the work for us. Like the tipster who reached out to us yesterday to report that Chad Carroll, of South Beach's The Carroll Team real estate group, will be one of the stars of the newly announced reality show Million Dollar Listing Miami.

Our tipster, who requested anonymity, spotted Carroll filming at Mansion Wednesday night, "right in the middle of the club." Carroll was reportedly surrounded by friends, all of whom were wearing TV microphones. The group even made the Mansion marquee that night; according to our source, the sign read, "Welcome Carroll Team."

Of course, there are a million film projects taking place in the Magic City at any time; Carroll could've been filming just about anything. But our tipster says even the girls running bottle service were name-dropping the title Million Dollar Listing.

This all falls dovetails nicely with earlier reports that Stacey Milon, another Carroll Group realtor and wife of Opium Group founder Eric Milon, would appear on the show. She did, after all, tag herself and Carroll in a Facebook post announcing "Million Dollar Listings [sic] Miami .. Here we go!!"

According to the Carroll Group website, Carroll moved to Miami in 2008 to "pursue South Florida's collapsing real estate market." The site claims he's responsible for over $150 million in sales since 2011. Dude was also a runner-up in Curbed's "Miami's Hottest Broker" contest. (What, no love for Ines, Bravo?)

Neither Carroll nor the Bravo network returned our requests for comment.
