Monday
  • Sinatra Tribute Valentines Show at Ball & Chain: Have a post-Valentine's Day evening with romantic tunes celebrating Frank Sinatra, presented by Nat Koho and Jesse Ivannes of Kohannes Music.
  • Benjamin Beck at Books & Books: A scientist emeritus at the Smithsonian Institution and expert on reintroducing captive-born and orphaned primates to the wild, Beck will present his new book, Thirteen Gold Monkeys, which follows a team of conservationists trying to save the golden lion tamarin from extinction by reinforcing their numbers with tamarins born in zoos.

Tuesday
  • Most Likely to Succeed at Jose de Diego Middle School: This acclaimed documentary explores new methods in education to engage critical thinking and innovation in American classrooms. 

Wednesday
  • Terminator Genisys at Soundscape: Catch this sequel of the sci-fi classic, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Emilia Clarke. 
  • Yoga Soundtrek at Canvas Miami: Go full Zen at a musical yoga session with noise-isolating LED headphones and refreshments, plus a postclass drum circle.
  • Trivia Night at Books & Books: Work those mental muscles at the first Books & Books trivia night at the store's Arsht Center location. 
  • Justine Ludwig at Locust Projects: Miami Rail's Visiting Writer Series welcomes Justine Ludwig, director of exhibitions and senior curator at Dallas Contemporary. 
  • Exhibit Evenings at the Deering Estate: Take a free tour through Deering's current exhibitions — "10,000 Years of Miami," by John Bailly;  "CLM Earth and Fire," by Ceramic League of Miami; and "Historic Collections Spotlight."

Thursday

  • Sinatra on Film at HistoryMiami: Catch a screening of A Hole in the Head (1959), a look at midcentury Miami at the height of the "hotel wars," plus a Q&A afterward with Christina Lane, director of the University of Miami's School of Communication Norton Herrick Center for Motion Picture Studies.
  • BAC at Ball & Chain: Join the Bakehouse Art Complex's Upper Crust crew for a night of socializing and sketching inspired by salsa and Little Havana, with help from Bakehouse resident artist Rafael Barros.
  • Groovy '60s block party at Surfside: Go retro in your favorite '60s costume at the latest Surfside Third Thursdays shindig, featuring music, dancing, a costume contest, prize drawings, and gourmet food trucks.
  • John Miller at ICA Miami: Don't miss the opening reception of "I Stand, I Fall," a survey of 75 works that marks the first museum exhibition dedicated to the conceptual American artist. 
Friday
  • Olé! A Night of Flamenco at the Wynwood Yard: Celebrate the Arsht Center's upcoming ninth-annual Flamenco Festival with an evening of passionate dance numbers, a special live duel of flamenco guitars, Spanish-themed dishes from culinary pop-ups, and sangria. 
  • Big Night in Little Haiti at the Little Haiti Cultural Center: The monthly culture and music fest features jazz band Chardavoine & the Creole Jazz Project and musical artist Bemol Telfort this week.
