Wynwood Hearts' Basel Closing Party at the LAB Miami: Get the skinny on Wynwood's brand new creative collective by checking out their interactive performance piece and local artist's marketplace.

Tuesday

BHA Tree Lighting at 1814 Brickell Park: Get into the holiday spirit and act like a little kid again. Sit on Santa's lap (or shake his hand, whatevs), mix, mingle, and bask in the glow of twinkly lights.

Wednesday

2 Fast 2 Furious at Soundscape: Check out the fast and furious posse in the first of many sequels. RIP Paul Walker.

The Science Behind Science Fiction panel at Open Stage Club: Your friends at COSEE Florida, Nerd Nite Miami, and the Miami International Science Fiction Film Festival bring an expert panel to answer all your burning sci-fi fan questions.

Friday

Buskerfest in Downtown Miami: Even if you're Baseled out, stop by and check out some street performance. Local artists will be doing 45-minute sets of sweet tunes.

Victuals, Libations, and Song at the Wolfsonian: Cheese, beer and holiday cheer, all in the spirit of the WWI Christmas Truce of 1914. God bless us, everyone.
