Hispanic Heritage Month is a pretty big deal in Miami, filled with events and specials celebrating our city's massive Latin culture. Macy's in the Dadeland Mall is no exception, and this Saturday the three-story behemoth will mark the month-long holiday by acknowledging those whom have positively represented the Latino community within the fashion and entertainment industries.

The three chicas selected to speak at this weekend's event, kicking off on the second level at 3 p.m., include world-renowned fashion blogger Julie Sariñana from Sincerely Jules, former fashion director for People en Español, Kika Rocha, and Jasmine Villegas, actress and R&B singer, who recently dropped an ill single featuring hip hop's finest, Kendrick Lamar.

But wait, this event isn't just giving love to the ladies. Actor, model, TV host, and celebrity stylist Christian Ramirez of Telemundo's Un Nuevo Dia will be there to host the event and rep all the fellas out there, aspiring to make it big as a "who's who" in the biz.

Inspired by the ladies' stories of rising to fame and success, customers and guests will also be able to engage in conversation with the three guests and pick their brains on how to make it in the industry; the three will even fill them in on their top picks and what's majorly trending for fall.

Business and tactics aren't the only topic up for discussion: foot-tappin' and booty wigglin' is also on the event's itinerary. Cue a live performance by Jasmine V, please!

The 20-year old Mexican-American singer will perform three of her latest songs, including her most recent with Kendrick Lamar, "That's Me Right There." But sorry guys, K.Dot won't be present at the event.

"It's important to make a stand in everything you do," Villegas tells Cultist. "We [Latinas] have really tough skin and we don't let people shun us from that -- I'm very proud," she says.

Attendance is free and open to the public, and visitors who make any purchase of $25 or more can score a Los Inflyuentes Swag Bag. Just RSVP and register at Eventbrite
