Art. Food. Fashion. Drinks. Music. All of these things are part of Wynwood living these days. That's exactly what the annual Wynwood Life Festival celebrates. Back for a seventh year, this shindig will include tunes from several Wynwood DJs — including DJ EXF, DJ Erwin, Tillery James, and DJ Ivan — as well as art activations, yummy grub, and goods from seemingly every business in Wynwood. 4 p.m. to 3 a.m. Friday, noon to 3 a.m. Saturday, and noon to 10 p.m. Sunday near 2250 NW Second Ave., Miami; wynwoodlife.com. Admission is free.

You've seen his friendly face as Darryl on The Office and as Doug Judy on Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Now you can see Craig Robinson on the Miami Improv stage. The comedian is in town for five shows in three days, and he always keeps it real. In 2019, he'll lend his voice to a couple of high-profile flicks, including The Ark and the Aardvark and The Voyage of Doctor Dolittle. 8 and 10:30 p.m. Friday, 7 and 9:30 p.m. Saturday, and 8 p.m. Sunday at Miami Improv, 3450 NW 83rd Ave., Suite 224, Doral; miamiimprov.com. Tickets cost $30 to $50.

Burning Man won't happen till late August in Nevada's Black Rock Desert. In the meantime, local Burners can enjoy the only official Burning Man event in Florida. This year's Love Burn carries the theme "The Lost Island of Taboo." There will be groovy happenings upon groovy happenings, including a meatloaf brunch, a skinny-dip soiree, and an origami workshop. Prepare for sensual overload. Friday through Sunday at Historic Virginia Key Beach Park, 4020 Virginia Beach Dr., Miami. Tickets start at $249 via theloveburn.com.

Who released an EP with Scarlett Johansson last year? That would be Mr. Pete Yorn. The five-song record dropped in June, and since then, Yorn has been doing what he does best: jammin' across the country. For his gig at Culture Room, he'll dial it down a notch for an acoustic show. (Johansson probably won't be with him.) 8 p.m. Friday at Culture Room, 3045 N. Federal Hwy., Fort Lauderdale. Tickets cost $32.50 to $282.50 via ticketmaster.com.

Some kids lose themselves in videogames or sports or comic books. For Flynn McGarry, it was food. Encouraged by his parents and documented by his artist mother, he opened his own supper club at the age of 12 and worked in top restaurants around the world before his 16th birthday. Chef Flynn tells his story, and you can catch it, along with a curated menu and wine and beer pairings, at O Cinema's Dinner & a Movie screening this week. 6 p.m. Thursday at O Cinema, 90 NW 29th St.., Miami; o-cinema.org. Tickets cost $50 for members and $55 for nonmembers.

Transgender artists have long been ignored, and that's a tragedy, because some stellar art is stemming from this community. Look for it during the fifth TransArt event at Villain Theater. Two Mexican music powerhouses are joining forces for a Miami show. Camila and Sin Bandera will pack a collectively poppy-rock punch on the JLKC stage Saturday evening. With catchy hits such as "Colleccionista de Canciones" and "Mientes," Camila has three Latin Grammys under its belt. The group plans to release its fourthWW studio album later this year. After reforming in 2016, Sin Bandera released an EP to complement a handful of classic albums, including its 2002 self-titled smash. 8 p.m. Saturday at James L. Knight Center, 400 SE Second Ave., Miami; 305-416-5970; jlkc.com. Tickets cost $85 to $228.60 via ticketmaster.com or 800-745-3000.

Kathleen Madigan has left audiences in tears (the good, laughter-induced kind) for 25-plus years. Saturday evening, she'll look to make another roomful of folks laugh till they weep when her Hot Dogs and Angels Tour hits Parker Playhouse. She's taken home the American Comedy Award for Best Female Comedian and has appeared on The Tonight Show more than 25 times. Her episode of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee and Bothering Jesus are always LOL-worthy too. 8 p.m. Saturday at Parker Playhouse, 707 NE Eighth St., Fort Lauderdale; parkerplayhouse.com. Tickets cost $25.50 to $45.50.

Get ready to see a whole bunch of wiener dogs. After attracting more than 4,000 people to the inaugural Winter Wienerfest last year, Dachshund Rescue South Florida is bringing the popular event back this Saturday. In addition to being a great opportunity for your wieners to mingle, there will be a fashion show and "Wiener 500" races. 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at TY Park, 3300 N. Park Rd., Hollywood; dachsundrescuesouthflorida.com. Park admission costs $1.50 per person; event admission is free.

Dust off those cowboy hats, y'all. The 34th-annual KISS Country 99.9 Chili Cookoff will gallop into town Saturday. Headlining the twang-filled day are country icons Brooks & Dunn, "Hurricane" artist Luke Combs, LoCash, Rodney Atkins, and many other acts. And, yes, it's also a chili competition, with more than 20 food vendors dishing up the beany goodness. You won't want to miss the Line Dancing Tent either, especially after a couple of beverages. 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at C.B. Smith Park, 900 N. Flamingo Rd., Pembroke Pines. Tickets cost $65 and VIP tickets cost $339 via wkis.radio.com.

It's time to drink up, because Concrete Beach Brewery is about to release its Pisco Sour beer in cans. Obviously, that's cause for celebration. This Saturday, dance to cumbia rhythms, eat Peruvian food, and sip the lime-infused Berliner at the brewery's Save the Drama for Your Llama: Pisco Sour Release Party. Plus, play pin the tail on the llama and embark on a scavenger hunt for mini-llamas to claim prizes throughout the night. 5 p.m. Saturday at Concrete Beach Brewery, 325 NW 24th St., Miami; 305-796-2727; concretebeachbrewery.com. Twenty-thousand runners are lacing up for the Miami Marathon and Half Marathon. Are you joining them? Starting at American Airlines Arena, the course crosses the MacArthur Causeway, loops through Miami Beach, across the Venetian Causeway, down to Coconut Grove, hits the Rickenbacker Causeway, and wraps up at Bayfront Park. Phew. There's also a Fitbit Tropical 5K and Kids Run for those not into all 26.2 miles. 6 a.m. Sunday at American Airlines Arena, 601 Biscayne Blvd., Miami. Registration starts at $135 via themiamimarathon.com.

Listening to the Miami Symphony Orchestra is a treat, and when the group performs in Collins Park for free, it'll sound that much more beautiful. The performance comes as part of the Bass' monthly family day. Guests are encouraged to pack a picnic and enjoy the show. If your spread is picturesque enough and on its A-game, you might even take home a prize for "best picnic" from the museum. Get cooking! 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Collins Park, 2100 Collins Ave., Miami Beach; thebass.org. Admission is free.

We know where you're spending brunch this weekend. Head to Stubborn Seed in Miami Beach's South of Fifth neighborhood for a three-course meal complete with the restaurant's best-selling items. Standouts include buttermilk biscuits, charred sourdough and ricotta, smoked Tennessee pork belly, and cinnamon sticky buns. It costs $25 per person, but you can upgrade the experience to unlimited mimosas for $20 extra. If you prefer your mimosas without orange juice, Perrier-Jouët will be available for $55 per bottle. Plus, groups of four that reserve a table will receive a complimentary bottle of bubbly. Cheers to that. 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at 101 Washington Ave., Miami Beach; 305-322-5211; stubbornseed.com.

After about two years in the making, the Citadel is preparing to open. The project, by Nick Hamann and UrbanAtlanticGroup, turns the 60,000-square-foot former Federal Reserve Bank, built in 1951, into a combination food hall, market, and workspace that includes a rooftop bar, daily event activations, and a retail component. To celebrate its upcoming debut, which is expected sometime in February, the Citadel will host the Preview Block Party, a kid- and dog-friendly event complete with music, tastings, and a sneak peek at the Citadel. Food will be available for purchase, and the Indie Flea, bringing 30 vintage and maker vendors, will take over the retail space for the event. Noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at 8300 NE Second Ave., Miami; 305-989-8601; thecitadelmiami.com. Admission is free with RSVP via eventbrite.com.

Monday

The veep is coming! No, not Mike Pence, and not Julia Louis-Dreyfus — we're talking about Joe Biden. In what might be his pre-presidential announcement tour, Biden will give an intimate speech at the Broward Center. Though he doesn't tweet nearly as much as our current president, Biden has 45 years of public service and certainly has some ideas worth listening to. 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, 201 SW Fifth Ave., Fort Lauderdale; browardcenter.org. Tickets cost $50 to $95.

Tuesday

"Unbreak my heart." Perhaps you've sung those words after a breakup. Now the one and only Toni Braxton is ready to sing her hit, along with many others, to you live. She'll play the Hard Rock Event Center alongside the R&B trio SWV. In addition to brushing up on the classics, you'll also want to take a listen to Braxton's latest LP, Sex & Cigarettes, which dropped last March. 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hard Rock Event Center, 1 Seminole Way, Hollywood; seminolehardrockhollywood.com. Tickets cost $40 to $90.

Wednesday

South Florida has a pending water crisis — with global warming threatening to destroy us all. Flint, Michigan, is in the midst of its own. Photographer and MacArthur Fellow LaToya Ruby Frazier's latest exhibit, "Flint Is Family," zooms in on the town's crisis and the families affected by it. Specifically, it follows three generations of women and their day-to-day lives. It's an impactful warning to Miamians. 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday through April 14 at Frost Art Museum — FIU, 10975 SW 17th St., Miami; frost.fiu.edu. Admission is free.
