Can you believe Art Basel 2013 was just one month ago? By the time it was over, the whole city seemed to utter a sigh of relief: No more fairs. No more parties. No more art.

But now, in the new year, your passion for great art is back. Good thing New Times' annual Artopia is right around the corner.

Artopia, our annual arts soiree, returns to the Coral Gables Museum February 27. It's where you'll find out 2014's MasterMind Award winners, browse exhibits from talented area artists; sample food, wine, cocktails, and beer from a smorgasboard of vendors; and party the night away with live entertainment as your guide.

Think of it as a fun-sized Art Basel -- one that focuses on Miami alone, lasts for just one night, and won't leave you a gazillion dollars in debt.

That's especially true if you take advantage of our ticket presale. Now through January 12, Artopia tickets start at just $20 -- a serious price break from their regular starting price of $55. And if you really want to pimp out your experience, upgrade to the VIP section for $40 (as opposed to the regular price of $65) for even more food and drink options, plus access to the event a whole hour early.

Artopia tickets go on sale to the general public this Monday, January 13. But you can score your tickets early, and for supercheap, by using code PREART5. Just click Ticketfly to get 'em while they last. Again, the promo code lasts only until this Sunday, January 12, so get there soon.

Visit the website for more photos, videos, and details about what's coming this year. Looking forward to seeing you at Artopia!
