"Outrageous Chongas and Bros" Being Cast for Jersey Shore-Like Reality Show

Thanks to Jersey Shore, the era of ethnocentric reality-TV trash is upon us, and it was only a matter of time before someone decided to mine the potential reality-TV gold that is Miami's vast chonga community. We're 99 percent sure this isn't an April Fools' Day joke.

Beach Pictures, the production house founded by Latin music star Jorge Moreno, has put out a casting call for "Miami's most outrageous chongas and bros." Here's what they're looking for:

What we need: females & males [age 17-28], loud, funny, and representing for Miami. It's a plus if you have: tattoos, hoop earrings, bass cars, spinners, styled hair, good body, good looks, etc.

We're not looking for actors posing as a chongas / bros but it is great if you are a chonga / bro and an actor!
The casting goes down this Saturday, April 3, at the Catalina Hotel (1732 Collins Ave., Miami Beach) from 1 to 4 p.m. We have no idea if the show is attached to a network yet, but if you want to embarrass yourself while eliciting the schadenfreude of home viewers, make sure you show up. Don't worry about shaming your city, though. Jersey Shore, Kourtney & Khloé, and Bad Girls Club have been or will shoot in Miami, so we have very little reality-TV shame left.
