Well, it's not quite Space Jam 2, but LeBron James is finally coming to the big screen in a staring role. According to Deadline Hollywood, the Chosen One has been chosen to co-star in a movie with diminutive comedian Kevin Hart.
In the film, 5'3" Hart and 6'8" James will play brothers. One of them is an NBA player (guess which one?) while the other lives in his shadow until, Deadline reports, he "gets a chance to prove himself when he and some pals attend a weekend fantasy basketball camp in Miami." No word if James will be playing a fictionalized version of himself (as in playing a character named "LeBron James"), or, well, a character who is basically LeBron James but with a different name.
In whatever case, it's sure to be the greatest movie about brothers with dramatic height differences since Danny DeVito and Arnold Schwarzenegger starred in Twins.
The movie hopes to start shooting next summer when James has time off, which would probably mean it would see release sometime in 2015.
