So, it turned out that those "Satanists" who announced that they were rallying in favor of Rick Scott were really actors for a mockumentary about "the nicest Satanic cult in the world." Though it may have been fiction, the rally still went down as planned this week on the steps of the Old Capitol in Tallahassee.
The Tampa Bay Times' Michael Von Sickler caught it all on video:
"I think he's a great American," says this unnamed Satanist of Gov. Rick Scott. "He's a politician who is willing to step out on a limb, and possibly a politically uncommon position."

As you may recall, the "Satanists" were rallying in support of a bill that Scott signed that kinda, sort of reintroduced prayer into schools. Of course, because of the way the bill was written there's nothing stopping Satanist students from spreading the good word of the Devil in public school.
At the actual rally, the "Satanists" stood behind a banner that read "Hail Satan! Hail Rick Scott!"
