Support the independent voice of Miami and help keep the future of New Times free.

Every year, we hear the same complaint: Why didn't so-and-so win Best Of? But with so many great people and places around Miami, it's hard to get to them all. That's why we invite you, our readers, to chime in with your thoughts on some of the best restaurants, bars, dance clubs, museums, and more.

But your chance to be heard will end soon! The nomination round will close Thursday, May 7, at midnight. Until then, you can let us know who/what should make it to the final voting round.

Once nominations are closed, we'll count the votes and list the top five in each category. Beginning May 14, you'll choose the Best of Miami 2015 Readers' Poll winners.

So send us your nominations — time is running out!

Keep Miami New Times Free... Since we started Miami New Times, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Miami, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism. You can help by participating in our "I Support" membership program, allowing us to keep covering Miami with no paywalls.
