How often do we here at Crossfade find ourselves alone in the dark, fondling a laptop while watching steamy videos and wondering, "Is it time for another stint in sex rehab?"

Oh, maybe three or four or five or six or seven times per day. And we blame Shakira ... The Colombian pop star just won't stop emailing us about hot new clips, like today's "Addicted to You."

According to the official hype, it'll simply "reconnect fans with the sensuality and radiance Shakira so effortlessly emits."

Or, like Crossfade, it will cause you to rewatch and rewatch and rewatch all those split-second scenes of Shakira washing herself until your life becomes an unmanageable mess of compulsive YouTube consumption.
