On his recent hit "Open Letter," Jay-Z raps: "Politicians never did shit for me, except lie to me, distort history."
He can't ever say that again, unless he tacks on a line about "and review my new album Magna Carta Holy Grail via Twitter at 40,000 feet on the way to D.C."
Yep, Florida Republican congressman Trey Radel, representing Fort Myers, Naples, and Cape Coral, is apparently a huge Jay-Z fan. So he published a track-by-track review of the hype-worthy record while aboard a plane bound for the Capitol.

Have been asked several times here about #jayz's @s_c_ new album. On way to #DC. Totally unqualified review to come...

All jokes aside, bro loves Hova. Get ready for a glowing review.
Only... ONLY.. #JayZ @s_c_ can pull off a #hiphop ode to Kurt Cobain and REM @remhq. Not just an ode.. But lyrical references! Pretty sick.
— Rep. Trey Radel (@treyradel) July 16, 2013
We're not sure we agree with him on that one ... But alright.
And only Hova @s_c_ can pull off references to the Concord, Paris n Rome and still sound real. Not @kanyewest. No one. #MCHG

.@S_c_ Shuts it down in last 1:30 of Picasso Baby. Love it. & at :30 where the beat drops out is pretty sick. #MCHG

We wonder what Rep. Radel thinks of the six-hour performance Jay did of this song while recording his upcoming music video in the Pace Gallery in Chelsea, NYC?
Oceans w Frank Ocean (who I can't find a @twitter for!). Clever song name, huh? Solid tune. #MCHG

Some might just say redundant? But it's cool.
Somewhereinamerica. Helluva track. Piano, brass n strings rock. #Nola feel. & hilarious. Yes-- #Twerking. Even a ref to Frank Sinatra! #MCHG
— Rep. Trey Radel (@treyradel) July 16, 2013
OK. This politician knows about twerking. Vote him back in every cycle.
On Crown. Love the use of old school synths & bass sounds like a TR-808. Old school. Solid beats. #jayz @s_c_ #MCHG
— Rep. Trey Radel (@treyradel) July 16, 2013
Yo, and he knows his shit when it comes to Rolands?!
No idea who produced @s_c_ tunes, but Heaven has a @kanyewest kinda feel to it. #MCHG
— Rep. Trey Radel (@treyradel) July 16, 2013
Just so we know, West isn't on the credits for "Heaven," but Timbaland and J-Roc are.
BBC. Sick flow. Smooth beat. & respect to one of my ALL TIME FAVORITES @ericbandrakim Nice! #jayz @s_c_ #MCHG
— Rep. Trey Radel (@treyradel) July 16, 2013
Nice old-school name drop.
Don't know who drops the hook w/ #jayz @s_c_ on "nickels & dimes." But solid track. Kinda dark. #MCHG
— Rep. Trey Radel (@treyradel) July 16, 2013
That's Gonjasufi, whose track "Nickles n Dimes" was heavily lifted for this closing track.
And only #jayz @s_c_ can throw down "nickels n dimes" after tracks about Concords, Paris, Rome n Tom Ford.. Dude still pulls it off. #MCHG
— Rep. Trey Radel (@treyradel) July 16, 2013
And only you can prevent forest fires.
Well that was fun...thx for following along. Flight's coming into #DC, time to get to work #jayz #MCHG @s_c_

And thanks for sharing your thoughts, Trey. Now, go repeal that Stand Your Ground shit so we can get Stevie Wonder back up in this bitch.
