Chef Michael Beltran will be offering two festive five-course menus with options for meat lovers and vegetarians from 4 to 11 p.m. Priced at $125 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), each menu includes one bottle of champagne for the table. Options include stone crab with cucumber nasturtium aguachile, mustard seed pickles, and finger limes; lobster wellington; and the Ariete short rib. Vegetarian selections include crema de malanga, gnudi plantain, and vegetable tamal.
