Rise 'n' shine, 305 ... Memorial Day Weekend is upon us! And with it, the (un)official start of summer!

That means it's time to grab your crew and turn up in the club. Sure, you could make it rain dolla bills and Patrón at the Urban Beach Week parties going down these next few days. Or you could go on a 72-hour party bender without blowing more than $10.

Morrissey's turning 55! Since we can't party it up with Moz himself, we'll celebrate the best way we know how — with Smiths covers from the Magic City's biggest Mozzer fans, the Ordinary Boys.

From St. Petersburg to L.A. to the Magic City, Russia's Marymoon is bringing her "emotive, deep tech sounds" to the flashy streets of South Beach and taking over Don't Sit for the night.
The Bolero Ball. With Lazaro Casonova, Dude Skywalker, Austin Frank, and Steffi Fox. Presented by Deep Playa and petFood. Saturday, May 23, 10 p.m., Electric Pickle, 2826 N. Put on your tuxedo t-shirt and dancing shoes — it’s time for Wynwood's fanciest evening affair with Lazaro Casonova, Dude Skywalker, and all of your favorite party connoisseurs at the Electric Pickle.
Destroyio Records Showcase. With the Gazms, Milkspot, Knife Fight, Sterotype the Masses, DJ Skidmark, and others. Rage till your eardrums explode with some of the hardest rockers in the 305 at Churchill's Destroyio Records Showcase.

So if you wanna hang with all the cool kids of the 'Wood, you better crash the "disco hip-hop house" at 2300 NW Second Ave.
Julian Casablancas + the Voidz' "Human Sadness" Screening. With a showing of Audio Junkie’s Free Pizza episode and music by Male Model, Gwand, Sad Ghost, Forlatt, and Wynona Grinder. Saturday, May 23, Gramps, 176 NW 24th St., Miami; 786-752-6693; grampsbar.com. The music starts at 8 p.m. and the video screens around 10:30 p.m. Admission is free. Explore the mysteries of "Human Sadness" with Julian Casablancas + the Voidz as the Strokes frontman and his crew bring their song and video to life at Gramps. You won't find Casablancas + the Voidz rockin' it out in the 305, but you'll hear live tuneage from Male Model, Gwand, Sad Ghost, Forlatt, and Wynona Grinder, and get to watch Audio Junkie’s latest mini-documentary, featuring Boston-based punk band Free Pizza.
