17. Sweet Soy Marinated Skirt Steak at China Grill
It might not be authentic Chinatown delicacy, but China Grill serves up some incredible Asian-inspired dishes. Perhaps no entree is quite as memorable in taste and texture than the sweet soy marinated skirt steak ($22 half portion/ $39 full). You won't want to share family-style this dish starring a tender, juicy skirt steak with a mouth-watering marinade and taste of the grill's flame. The dish is accompanied by wok sauteed lo mein noodles and tempura shiitake mushrooms. The result is nothing short of splendor.
