A few days ago, we announced that CheeseMe was acquired by Latin Burger. According to owner Jim Heins, the CheeseMe truck was in the process of a makeover and that it would be back on the streets by the end of the week.

The truck's logos and wrap were redesigned by a graphic artist. The result incorporates the CheeseMe logo with Latin Burger's signature flames.

Friday, December 9

Children's Resources, an organization which provides assistance to children with special needs, is hosting a food truck roundup tonight from 5 to 9 p.m. Proceeds benefit their scholarship fund. Trucks include Catered Bliss,
