The guessing game -- looking for Nemo's replacement -- is over: Lolita Cocina & Tequila Bar has posted it's sign in the window. Lolita has branches in Boston and Greenwich, Connecticut, seems to have a rep for good tacos and an extensive inventory of tequilas.

The Greenwich menu starts with soups like creamy poblano; crispy masa-dusted oysters; caracoles (snails) in garlic-chipotle butter; and three ceviches. There are also variations on tacos, quesadillas, and guacamole (fresco, picante, with adobo-bacon, and with lump crab, lobster, and chile-garlic butter). Main courses include snapper veracruzano, carne asada, pollo asado, shrimp ajillo, pork carnitas and pork chop with pineapple tamal and chipotle aioli. Sides sound interesting, like beer batter green beans with jalapeño créma; chipotle white-and-sweet potato gratin; and iron pan cornbread with roasted garlic sauce. Of course nothing says the Miami Beach menu will be the same, but you can bet it will be pretty similar.

No word yet as to an opening date.
