Mutli-hyphenated entertainer Tyrese got in a messy fender bender on Biscayne Boulevard earlier this month that left one car overturned. Luckily, no one was seriously injured, and Tyrese invited the other driver, a mother of four, to a day at the spa. Whoops! Bad move. Apparently that constitutes a felony.

TMZ has learned that Miami Police issued a citation to Tyrese and the other driver, Sheena McCleary, for "leaving the scene on public or private property - injury," which is a felony.

But TMZ's photographers caught Tyrese talking to police, so they're wondering how exactly he could be charged with a felony. His lawyers think it's just another mess up on the city's part, which doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility.
