Davide Di Cillo, a designer and entrepreneur based in Fort Lauderdale, wants you to have fun this holiday season, so he designed Christmasfy Me for the iPhone.
It's easy to use: take a picture of a friend and drag a Santa hat, beard and a "Merry Christmas" sign from the menu to the picture with your fingers. The first three Christmasfy Me elements are free. If you want to unlock the other fun elements -- candy canes, antlers, tree ornaments, snowflakes and more -- it'll cost you 99 cents.
You can then share the photos via email, Facebook, and Twitter.
"The idea came out when I was designing a Christmas card last year," said Di Cillo over the phone. "I thought it would be nice to give everyone a chance to do the same."
There is a new and improved version just around the corner, waiting for
Apple approval. This one will let you pick your friends' profile
pictures in Facebook and also send custom Twitter messages.
Di Cillo doesn't work in a vacuum. He's supporting his fellow local geeks, too. The application utilizes Pikchur.com, which is a Miami-based startup that lets you share photos on your social networks. Di Cillo is also working with Appush, a program that helps iPhone application designers, co-founded by Coconut Grove geek Matt Heitzenroder.

Me is already on the top five photo apps in other countries, according
to Di Cillo, and is slowly making its way up to top 20 in the United
