Hakkasan. Miami Beach's Hakkasan is bringing prosperity and luck with its Chinese New Year tasting menu. Priced at $108, the repast begins with such starters as Peking duck with crispy bean curd and mango or a classic dim sum duo rolled in sesame seeds. Entrees include hearty plates of wok-fried lobster with spinach and lily bulb and lamb with shiitake mushrooms. End the evening with a fun fortune cookie macaron. Jaya. Jaya offers a five-course Peking duck menu ($110) curated by executive chef Vijay Veena.
