Orchestrated by Salumeria 104 and Midtown Oyster Bar’s team, the second annual “Flying with the Stars” two-night event will be held on Wednesday November 11th and Thursday November 12th at 93 Palm Avenue, a.k.a. the Al Capone mansion. Sponsored by American Airlines and MB America, each night’s wine-paired six-course menu is curated by Milan-based and “star-caliber” Italian chefs Alberto Buratti, Claudio Francesco Ceriotti and Luigi Taglienti in collaboration with Chef Angelo Masarin of Salumeria 104 and Midtown Oyster Bar. A limited number of tickets are available for purchase now at $250 per person.
Welcomed at the historic waterfront Al Capone villa’s private beach with oysters and champagne one evening and inventive amuse-bouches the following night, guests will be served a once-in-a-lifetime wine-paired six-course dinner, the artistic result of collaborating chefs from Miami and Milan. Chefs Buratti, Ceriotti and Taglienti will be flying to Miami especially for the occasion to support Miami Children’s Health Foundation by donating their time, culinary expertise and recognition.
If you wish to attend both nights please email: firstname.lastname@example.org for a discounted ticket price.
