Two Michelin star chef Antonio Mellino kicks off the new year with an approachable weekly culinary journey called Michelin Mondays at Forte Dei Marmi. Beginning January 8, the Italian eatery with its sophisticated simplicity becomes all the more accessible with the rustic familiarity of its charismatic chef as he presents a $60 three-course, prix-fixe menu, which will feature his signature options of freshly procured and skillfully prepared local organic produce, farm-raised prime meats, and wild-caught seafood and fish. Each week’s menu will feature a different chefs special offering, encouraging guests to revisit for a new experience each time.
