Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami's “Spanish Classical Nights"

Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami presents their exciting premier of “Spanish Classical Nights” in collaboration with Principal Dancers from Washington Ballet, Houston Ballet and Ballet Nacional Dominicano. The program features: “Paquita”, staged for the Imperial Ballet of St. Petersburg in 1881, “Esmeralda” pas de six, inspired by the novel Notre-Dame de Paris, the world famous “Don Quixote” pas de deux, based on the famous Miguel de Cervantes novel, and a CCBM World Premiere of “La Casa de Bernarda Alba” (The House of Bernarda Alba) that honors the renowned Spanish writer Federico Garcia Lorca with this original ballet inspired by the legacy of his literary work.
