Maná is a Latin band in its purest form. Sticking to Spanish-only songs, Fher Olvera and his crew have "been packing American arenas to capacity for decades — even selling out seven nights at Los Angeles’ Staples Center on their last tour, and more times, 11, than any musician or band in history." This week, los músicos will be bringing their Cama Incendiada Tour to the 305.

Mike Diaz, AKA Millionyoung, may get lots of national and international love from Noisey, Pitchfork, and The Guardian, but no other city holds his heart like the Magic City. "[Miami] feels like a city that's just starting a new chapter with endless possibilities," the chillwave artist told New Times in a recent interview. We hope some of those possibilities involve more Millionyoung shows.

It is ironic that South Floridians will celebrate America's Independence Day by jamming out to an English band. But the good ol' U.S. of A. has nothing but respect for the U.K. nowadays, especially for the country's contribution to the new wave and synthpop movement. That's why we're gonna soar high like A Flock of Seagulls this Fourth of July — just in red-white-and-blue tank tops and jean shorts.
