And while there's never a shortage of ragers to crash and bottles to pop in the Magic City, there is one problem that Miami's club rats face from time-to-time: being broke.

Ages 21 and up. "Party Non Stop" and Get Physical with Italy's Pirupa, Berlin's Wankelmut, and all the techno junkies at Steam.

Ages 21 and up. "Roots, rock, soul, and steam ... Shaken and stirred." That's the kinda night you're in for when Brendan O'Hara takes over Little Havana's Ball and Chain.

A Day at the Beach. With Palo!, Tomas Diaz y Su Orquesta, and Elastic Bond. Presented by Community Arts & Culture. Saturday, April 4, 5 p.m. North Beach Bandshell, 7275 Collins Ave., Miami Beach; 305-867-2370. Pre-sale tickets cost $10 plus fees via brownpapertickets.com, or $15 at the door, so get them early. All ages. Spend A Day at the Beach gozando with Palo!'s Grammy-nominated rumba, Spam Allstars' Tomas Diaz y Su Orquesta, and Elastic Bond's "tropical psychedelia" at the North Beach Bandshell.

Telekinetic Walrus' The Spaceship with the Heavy Bass Bump Prerelease Listening Party. As part of the Gold Pass Tour. Jump on that Spaceship with the Heavy Bass Bump with Y Diz, the Time-Zoo Keeper, Corinne Stevie, Komakozie, Faun 5000, and Buffalo Brown as the intergalactic warrior-explorers bring their “new age, funkadelic, booty bass, and hip-hop” to Sweat.

Nevermind: A Tribute to Nirvana. With Armada!, Dorothy's Surrender, the Burnouts, After the Fall, Jacuzzi Fuzz, and Drawing Bored. Guys pay $5 before 6 p.m. and $10 after. Ladies get in free. Ages 21 and up. Dancehall, reggae, and hip-hop dance tunes from Eccentrix Sound and the Chocolate Sundays guys, and free drinks for the ladies — that's Miami's vice for you.

Party it up with one of hip-hop's finest as Talib Kewli takes you on a "Hamster Wheel" of beats at Blackbird.
