If you have plans this weekend, you might want to cancel them. Unless those plans include attending the La Nuit en Rosé Festival, which is bringing all things bubbly and pink to the newly opened Miami Beach Edition for three back-to-back days of drinking.

The first festival dedicated solely to rosé champagnes and wines, La Nuit en Rosé will bring about 60-plus wineries and chateaus under one roof for your sipping pleasure.

This marks La Nuit en Rosé's second festival. The inaugural event was held last year in New York City and was enormously successful. Festival organizers say that Miami was the next natural choice for them because the "people who enjoy rosé embody a whole different kind of lifestyle -- the Miami lifestyle." So pretty much beautiful beaches, weather, and people. "It's fitting for rosé," said festival spokesperson Amanda Hathaway.

The international lineup of wineries is ruled by France with Château d'Esclans, Château Minuty, Vie Vité, Champagne Pommery, and Val d'Orbieu Americas all coming together for the festival. But there will also be some Spanish flair thanks to Wines of Rioja and Wines of Navarra, as well as Chilean and South African varieties from Miguel Torres and Mulderbosch.

Festivities commence Friday with an intimate and exclusive (limited to 150 people) VIP (and pricey) dinner at Matador Terrace, with a four-course menu designed by acclaimed chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and paired with -- you guessed it -- rosé.

The menu includes spicy tuna tartare, arroz con pollo, marinated grilled New York strip, grilled Maine lobster, and tres leches cake. Wines for the evening includes Chateau d'Esclans' Whispering Angel Rosé, Château d'Esclans' Rosé, and Château d'Esclans' Les Clans Rosé. Dinner is from 8 to 11 p.m. and costs a steep $350 per person.

The more affordable option to get your rosé on would be the Saturday and Sunday daytime events from 1 to 4 p.m. This gives you three hours of unlimited rosé consumption. General admission ($65) and VIP tickets ($125), with access to the Edition's food market, are available for purchase. If you'd rather save the drinking for sundown, there is a Saturday evening session from 8 to 11 p.m.

Tickets for La Nuit en Rosé are available via ticketfly.com.
