Food truck burgers just got a little more interesting with the debut of Okay! Extreme Burgers at Cauley Square tonight. The truck features Colombian-style burgers and hot dogs, offering both ala carte and combo options.

What really sets this truck apart is the gut-bomb Extreme Burger, a giant sandwich consisting of two 6 oz. patties, bacon, sausage, egg, tomato, lettuce, sweet corn and salsa on a bun ($9 or $12 for a combo with fries and a soda) and the Twin Salchipapa, a double serving of french fries topped with sliced sausage, salsa, ketchup and mustard ($9 includes two sodas).

 

Try the Extreme Okay Burger at Cauley Square tonight from 5:30 - 10:00 p.m., with other trucks: Dog Eat Dog, Metro Deli Express,  El Rincon Del Coqui, ShaoRoma Romanian Fresh Food, and Tango Grill. Cauley Square also features a beer and wine garden, shops and art galleries, and live  music - all in a garden setting. Cauley Square, 22400 S. Dixie Highway, Miami

The Big Five Club will host its first weekly Roundup tonight from 5:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Trucks include: CheeseMeChef on 4 Wheels, Churro Mania, The Fish Box, The Flying Saucer, Frita Man, Grill Master Café, Jefe's Original Fish Taco, Kona Ice, Latin Burger, LHG Street, The MexZican Gourmet, Miso Hungry, Mobile Cigars, Mr. Good Stuff, Ms. Cheezious, Muscle Truck, Papa's Tapas, Red Koi, The Rolling Stove, Sakaya Kitchen, Sugar Rush, and Yellow Submarine.
