The South Beach Wine & Food Festival kicked off yesterday and chefs from around the country (and the globe) are flocking to Miami to engage in four days of eating, drinking, and general debauchery. After all, the festival is dubbed, Spring Break for chefs" with good reason.

If you're planning on going to the festival (or just want to stalk your favorite chef from home), let social media be your guide. You might even be the person to give Andrew Zimmern a good tip for the latest hole-in-the-wall dining gem.
