Hot on the heels of the opening of L'Echon Brasserie at the Hilton Cabana Hotel, the Pubbelly Boys, Andreas Schreiner, Jose Mendin, and Sergio Navarro, are expanding their growing restaurant roster. This time, the boys are headed across the river, to downtown Miami.
PB Station will open at the Langford Hotel, a boutique hotel opening at the former Miami National Bank Building at 121 SE First St. According to Pubbelly partner and co-founder Andres Schreiner, the restaurant should open within the first quarter of 2015. PB Station will take up space on the first floor of the intimate hotel and the team is busy building out the space from scratch.

Although Schreiner says the menu will incorporate items from PB Steak, which closed its doors last summer, and PB Fish, the pop-up concept within PB Steak, don't expect a clone. "Miami hasn't seen anything like it before," Schreiner says of the new restaurant's menu.
According to Miami.com, the kitchen will be helmed by executive chef Guillermo Concha, with additional input by Pubbelly partner and culinary director Jose Mendin.
PB Station is the fulfillment of a dream to open a restaurant in downtown Miami, with Pubbelly's Schreiner saying that "it's going to be fun to open a place over the bridge."
The Pubbelly Boys are also predicting that downtown Miami will be the next breakout neighborhood, with Schreiner quite bullish on the location. "With all the building, in the next five years it's going to be insane."
