Gerbaud Bakery Serves Up Market Fresh Baked Goods at Jackson Market

Gerbaud's Bakery has stood in Hollywood for "about 15 years" according to Johanne Cyr who has worked there for around ten months. Johanne works the Jackson Memorial Foundation Green Market every Thursday and sells fresh baked danishes, sweet potato pudding, rugalach's, coconut candy, poppy seed rolls, walnut rolls, a coconut drink called Kremas and more of what she calls "European and Caribbean goods."
