Gilt City Miami will feature VIP tickets to the event for $450 a hefty $425. Still, that's $25 less than they sold for on the festival's website. VIP entrance entitles you to go in 30 minutes before the general public and to a meet-and-greet with chef Michael Symon.
If you have that kind of cash sitting around and want to go, set yourself a reminder for 2 p.m. and get your tickets. Surely they'll sell fast like the Burger Bash tickets Gilt City put up for sale last week ("They sold out in minutes," a Gilt City rep told Short Order). Plus, this is the last year of the BubbleQ for some time.
This year's BubbleQ is hosted by Bobby Flay and will be held at its usual spot on the beach behind the Delano Hotel on Friday, February 25 at 7 p.m.
