Once again Wynwood Brewing is opening up its Vine Club, giving a chance for new members to get special access to all things from Miami's first craft brewery.

The Vine Club doesn't open its doors to new members very often, and spots are extremely limited. Vine Club membership opened up on Monday, but you may want to get a move on if you want a piece of the action.

The membership drive will run through the entire month of December and would have capped at 150 people. But because the turnout was so high in the first three days of the drive, co-owner Luis Brignoni decided to add 90 more spots.

The membership fee is $195, with an $85 renewal fee, and for that amount here is a list of some things to expect:

  • A 18 ounce Vine Club snifter held at Wynwood Brewing's tasting room
  • A Vine Club member branded work shirt with embroidered name
  • A bottle opener
  • A Wynwood Brewing t-shirt
  • A branded 32 ounce flip-top growler (for limited release beers)
  • A branded 1 gallon growler
  • 15 percent off merchandise
  • Annual party with members-only invite

Benefits also include first access to yearly special bottle releases and special growler fills on limited release beers. Vine Club memberships begin on February 1 and last for an entire year.

The first special release brew is the barleywine, which will be available in January. But not just anyone can get it.

"The barleywine we're bottling exclusively for the Vine Club members only," Brignoni said.

If you can't get a Vine Club membership, maybe a job will do. Wynwood Brewing is also hiring. The brewery needs a part-time assistant cellar-person and packaging associate, whose duties include packaging the beer, and cleaning kegs, bottles, cans or any packaging vessel.

The brewery is currently accepting resumes. To submit yours, go to the Wynwood Brewing website and paste your information into the message box.
